Stone Seal is formulated to give protection against the onslaught of sunlight, foot traffic, oil and dirt – whilst maintaining its great appearance.
As a sealer, it is a tough, top-quality, semi-penetrating product designed with non-yellowing and anti-slip properties to keep high traffic areas looking good indoors and out – plus it is easy to apply!
Stone Seal has excellent gloss retention while it protects and enhances the substrate that it is covering such as concrete, stone, terrazzo, marble, terracotta, concrete bricks and other absorbent surfaces.
Highly polished surfaces, while adding a sleek contemporary look, can be a slip hazard. However, Con-Treat has this already solved by offering a slip reducing additive, which can help to achieve the desired Slip Rating.
Stone Seal should be independently tested after application to determine the exact slip rating outcome and periodically checked thereafter as the slip reducing properties will dissipate over time.

Stone Seal is easy to apply using a brush, roller, spray, or broom, depending on the surface. It will be touch dry within one hour and hard-dry within 12 to 24 hours.
Your surface may need two coats and the spread rate will vary according to the material to be coated; for example, on an exposed stone aggregate Stone Seal will attain coverage of 4m2, whereas on a very smooth surface like marble or a polished granite the spread rate goes up to 10-12m2.
