Densi-Treat

Densi-Treat is a a water-based, 100% colloidal silica dispersant that not only densifies concrete, but also creates a long-term internal moisture barrier. Its ultra-fine particles deeply penetrate tight, low-porosity concrete (such as polished surfaces), chemically bonding to fill capillaries and form a permanent silicate gel. This significantly reduces water absorption, halts vapour transmission, and helps prevent moisture-related damage. Densi-TREAT also helps purge contaminants from within the slab, bringing impurities to the surface or locking them safely within the gel. The result is a harder, stronger, cleaner substrate that resists water penetration, tyre marking, and long-term degradation.
