Cure & Seal has been specifically designed for the curing and sealing of concrete car parks walkways, podiums etc. It is a proprietary water based, colloidal silica formulation applied to new concrete for an excellent cure regime, dust proofer, surface hardener and stain resistance from oils. Can be applied to concrete of any age for surface hardening, dust proofing and sealing. Cure & Seal is compatible with line marking.

Yes, as long as the line marking material is a solvent based acrylic.
No, once the product has cured it is nearly impossible to remove unless using a concentrated acid. You may try sodium hypochlorite (Bleach) as this will penetrate and potentially lighten the stain.
Yes, but it must be a solvent based sealer.
Yes, Cure & Seal is an excellent surface hardener, will stop dusting and seal concrete of any age.
