SUREFLOOR HIGH SOLIDS PLUS is an extremely tough workhorse epoxy with excellent chemical resistance. A two-component, solid colour, high solids, silicone free, low viscosity, self-priming, glossy epoxy resin available in a wide range of colours. Typically installed as a seamless, high build, smooth coating for light to medium duty traffic areas. This general service epoxy coating demonstrates good mechanical and chemical resistance

*Hints:
- After mixing, allow a 3-minute induction period then mix again for approximately 15 seconds.
- To extend working times, get the epoxy out of the mixing bucket as quickly as possible by pouring the entire bucket in a thin row on the floor and begin spreading.
- Never mix a new batch of epoxy floor coating in the previous bucket as this will dramatically reduce the pot life. Use fresh buckets with each batch.
- Only mix enough epoxy to work with for about 15-20 mins at a time.

SureFloor High Solids Plus will be dry to touch @ 21°C in about 6 hours. Light foot traffic is ok after 24 hours, but vehicle traffic should wait for at least 3 days. The full cure time is 7 days.

SureFloor High Solids Plus can be re-coated when it can be walked on without leaving any impressions. Generally around 12-18 hours, weather dependent.
