- Application:
- Breathable – allows moisture vapor transmission.
- Leaves a thin film of protection on the surface.
- Offers good slip resistance (unless the concrete is highly polished).
- Apply 2 coats with a roller or use a pour and broom method with a solvent-resistant broom.
- Recoat after a light pressure wash and drying.
- May require a 3rd coat on highly porous surfaces.

- Areas: Exterior concrete, driveways, exposed aggregate, pathways, etc.
- Application:
- Apply 2 thin coats with a roller, cross-hatching each coat for even coverage.
- Tinting options available (see Con-Treat website for colors).
- Avoid application in high heat.
- Recoat after a light pressure wash and drying. No sanding required.
- Can be driven on after 3-4 days.
